The process of coating fabricated steel with zinc using the hot-dipping method is manufactured on automated continuous lines, and this process is known as coil coating. The rolled sandwich panels are opened and both the top and the bottom sheets are cleaned and pre-treated to make it strong and corrosion-resistant. Both the surfaces are applied with primer coating and allowed to be baked.

Once baking is done, it is allowed to cool and then placed in pre-painted coils for manufacturing sandwich panels. For the construction of these galvanized panels, the RAL color chart is used as a reference.
