Specifications of sandwich panels in Oman – Materials used for top and bottom sheet
We manufacture two types of sandwich panels in terms of surface finish types:
- Flat panels- used for walls and partitions
- Corrugated panels- used for roofing
For the bottom and top sheets, we use high-quality material types- pre painted galvanized, mill finish aluminium, AluZinc, Color coated aluminium profile, GI polyester coated, Aluminium Polyester coated, Aluminium PVDF coated, Aluminium Zinc PVDF and Polyester coated Alloy Steel. All our panels are in accordance with ASTM A653. For insulation purpose, we make use of Polyurethane (PU), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), and Mineral Wool

Sandwich panel thickness for PU Foam
The thickness of our sandwich panels ranges between 0.40mm to 0.90mm.
We are also in known in Oman for delivering lightweight sandwich panels. We are one of the very few companies that manufacture the thinnest panels i.e. 25mm sandwich panels and 26mm panels. The length of the panels can go up to 12 meters but we can also customize it as per the requirements of our customers.
Our PU thickness ranges between 30mm to 150mm.

Besides this, we also allow our customers to choose the RAL color as per their choice. Some of the RAL color options that we provide are –
