Our Polyurethane foam sandwich panels are made up of two outer bottom sheets with polyurethane as the insulating material.

The bottom skin is made up of low rib sheets and the top skin is available in two profiles- 35/200mm and 45/250mm.

The thickness of the outer sheets varies between 0.40 and 0.90mm and a covering width of 1000mm. The length can be customized as per customer requirements.

We offer a wide range of coatings for our polyurethane foam sandwich panels. We offer three kinds of polymer coating choices- Polyester is the standard coating and we can also offer PVDF and PUPA on request. Besides this, we also have multiple color options like Green, Beige, Blue, Red, Grey, White, etc.

The thickness of the PU foam varies between 30mm and 150mm. Ghosh Group is also known for delivering the thinnest sandwich panels, i.e. 25mm sandwich panels. This thickness dimension is hard to find, and this makes us stand out from the rest. 50mm sandwich panels, 75mm, and 100mm dimensions are the standard ones. However, on request, we can customize the dimensions. The Polyurethane density is 35 to 38kg.
