Sandwich panels are made of two outer metal sheets with a middle layer of insulated rigid foam.

Polyurethane (PU) Foam Sandwich Panels are known for their exceptional thermal insulation properties and are commonly used in cold storage and refrigeration facilities. We offer PU foam thickness from 30mm to 150mm.

Our PIR sandwich panels have been accredited and approved by the Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) and are a perfect choice for fire-rated applications.

Ideal for applications requiring superior fire resistance and acoustic insulation, Rockwool panels are a robust solution for industrial and commercial buildings.

We offer some of the thinnest sandwich panel dimensions available in the UAE, including 25mm and 26mm panels. The PU foam thickness varies from 30mm to 150mm, with standard thicknesses being 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm.

• Thickness: The profile sheet thickness for the two outer sheets ranges from 0.40mm to 0.90mm.

  Grades: We use high-quality materials such as Aluminum (A3105, A3003, A1100, A1050), Galvanized Steel (ASTM A653 with zinc coating G60 to G90), and AluZinc (ASTM A653 with zinc coating Z80 to Z220).

  Surface Finishes: We manufacture panels with two surface finish types: flat panels for walls and corrugated panels.

Our standard coating is Polyester, but we can also provide PUPA and PVDF upon customer request. We offer a wide range of RAL color systems to choose from.
