Before we give you the technical details, we would like to also share with you the raw materials that we use for manufacturing the outer and the inner sheet.

We use thin metal sheets and compress core foam like PIR, PU Panels, and Rockwool depending on customer needs. We have both corrugated sandwich panels or roofing and flat panels for walls.

We use the following materials for the top and the bottom sheets.

• GI Polyester coated
• Color coated aluminum profile

• Aluminum PVDF coated

There is also a huge demand for color coated sheets. We manufacture and supply polymer-coated sheets as well. Our standard coating is Polymer. But on request, we can also provide PUPA and PVDF coatings for all our insulated sandwich panels. Moreover, our panels are now approved by DCD, meaning to say they are perfect for all fire-rated applications.

Be it PIR or PU Panels, the thickness ranges between 0.40mm to 0.90mm. The standard length that we have is 12 meters but you can customize it.

Our PU foam thickness ranges between 30mm to 150mm. Besides manufacturing 25mm sandwich panels, we also manufacture 100mm, 75mm, and 50mm sandwich panels. Our panels are mainly used for roof coverings and our Polyurethane panels can be used in cold rooms, prefab rooms, and portacabin. These sheets are mainly installed for protection against cold, heat, and rains.
