Ghosh Group offers three kinds of sandwich panels- PIR panels, PU panels, and Rockwool panels. Though we offer a myriad of specifications, our 25mm sandwich panels deserve a special mention. We are one of the very few suppliers offering this dimensional thickness. Usually, 30mm sandwich panels, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm are the standard thickness requirements. Certain projects in Kuwait require the thinnest panels, and if your project needs one, we are here to customize your product.

The two outer sheets have a thickness dimension ranging between 0.40mm and 0.90mm with a covering width of 1000mm. The length can be as per your desired choice. Also, our PUF roofing sheets are available in various choices- mill finish, pre-painted, and colour-coated types.

A wide range of polymer coatings are available to us, so we can coat the sheets as per your needs. Polyester is the standard coating that we use for our PIR panels as well as the PU sheets with a paint thickness of 25-microns (5-microns primer + 20-microns paint) for the top sheet and 15-microns (5-microns primer + 7-microns paint) for the bottom sheet.

The sandwich panel roof sheet price is determined by several factors. We have taken up each of the important factors and have discussed them below in detail.

Be it 25 mm sandwich panels or 50 mm panels, the price is determined according to the insulating material used. For example, the cost of PIR sandwich panels will be more than PU panels because they deliver better fire performance as compared to Polyurethane. However, it’s worth mentioning here that in terms of insulation, both of them deliver the same kind of value. But SAFETY FIRST! So regarding fire behaviour, PIR will be slightly more expensive than PUF roofing sheets. On the other hand, Rockwool panels have superior fire performance, but they have lower thermal insulation and are also not light in weight.

A sandwich panel having a lower density will be cheaper than the ones having a higher density. When choosing PU or PIR sandwich panels; always opt for higher densities, i.e. a minimum of 38 kg per meter cube is recommended.
